SHIPPING POLICY

Pinstripes Jewelry will only ship orders to the address listed on the order OR the address confirmed on your PayPal account. After your order is fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped via USPS economy or priority shipping, whichever method was specified on your order. All orders will be shipped with tracking. Orders generally ship Monday through Friday.  Multiple items order under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. International buyers will be responsible for any import fees and/or taxes.

Orders are processed Monday- Friday. Orders that are placed on weekends and Holidays are processed the next business day. All Orders shipped via USPS, however we can change this at anytime without notice. The shipping rate is contiguous to 48 U.S. states priced between $6.90-$9.90. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam may be subject to higher shipping fees.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for domestic delivery depending on the shipping method you chose during the ordering process. 
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed shipments. All shipments are tracked and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
  • We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery.
  • We will only ship to address provided at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Please send us an email at Doug@Pinstripesjewelry.com for questions if shipment to your country is possible. All international orders are shipped via USPS International. Please contact us for a shipping rate. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. International shipment tracking number will be provided upon shipment to your destination.

Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Pinstripes Jewelry. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Pinstripes Jewelry has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.
